Client Requirement

Organization of receiving, storage, and loading onto the vessel MANASSA M (IMO 8913021, flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis) of carbon additive (injection carbon, fraction 0.3–3.0 mm, in big bags: 3,758 units / 4,361.675 tons) and ferrosilicon in big bags (594 units / 595.782 tons). Location: Port of Novorossiysk, JSC Novoroslesexport (NLE).

Work Process by BSF

The BSF team managed the full cycle from inspection to stowage, in compliance with safety regulations and with time optimization.

Cargo storage: The cargo was stored in a secured area at JSC NLE in 3 tiers, using dunnage for separation.

Loading operations: Loading was performed using gantry (portal) cranes equipped with a special spreader beam and slings, from port trucks.

Cargo stowage: The cargo was stowed in the holds in 7–8 tiers for stability and space efficiency.

Result

Loading was completed without incidents or cargo damage. A total tonnage of 4,957.457 tons was successfully shipped. BSF ensured export documentation compliance and saved the client time on the operation.
