FAQ

What types of cargo do you transport?

We transport a wide range of cargo:
grain, fertilizers, metals, construction materials, industrial equipment, raw materials, and general cargo. Shipping is available in both containers and bulk (bulk carriers), depending on the type of cargo and the client's requirements.

Which countries do you ship to?

We organize international shipping to countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and South America. Delivery geography depends on the selected departure port and cargo type. Our specialists will select the optimal route, taking into account shipping time and cost.

What is the difference between container and bulk shipping?

Container shipping is used for both loose and packaged cargo, which is shipped in standard shipping containers.
Bulk carriers are designed for transporting bulk cargo (grain, ore, coal, fertilizers) without packaging, making them more cost-effective for larger volumes.

What documents are required for international transportation?

Organizing a shipment typically requires a contract, invoice, packing list, and cargo documentation. Depending on the type of cargo, additional certificates, permits, or customs documents may be required. We help prepare a complete package of documents for safe and prompt delivery.

Is it possible to track the cargo during transportation?

Yes, our clients receive up-to-date information on the status of their shipment at every stage. We provide information on the vessel's route, cargo processing stages, and estimated arrival times.

How long does international shipping take?

Transit times depend on the route, departure port, cargo type, and chosen shipping method. On average, international sea freight takes from several weeks to six weeks. We always offer optimal logistics solutions to reduce delivery times.
